This versatile yeast is extremely well-suited for dark worts. It is a good choice for most high gravity beers. When you ferment in the lower temperature range, this yeast will produce a dry, crisp profile with subtle fruitiness. You can increase fruit and complex esters by fermenting above 64F (18C).
Temperature Range: 62-72F, 16-22C
Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV
