30 Day Return Policy
You can return products within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Please contact us at support@homebrewers.com if you’d like to return a product.
Problem With Order
If you had an item or order arrive damaged, missing, or you got the wrong item, we want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible! Please email our customer support team at support@homebrewers.com.
Warranty Issues
We have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all of our products. If you have a defective product, we want to get it replaced for you as quickly as possible! Please email our customer support team at support@homebrewers.com. We will either repair or replace your damaged product.
Shipping Policy
Ground Shipments
We attempt to process orders as quickly as possible, and process them in the order they are received. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
FedEx Home delivers to residences Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground delivers to businesses Monday through Friday.
International Shipments
We do not ship internationally, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Transit Times
FedEx shipping times can take anywhere from 1-6 business days. Please note these shipping estimations do not include processing times, holidays, or non-business days. Our USPS delivery dates will be estimated during checkout. Transit times are not guaranteed and actual transit times may vary.
