Hop hash is a concentrated hop powder that is made mostly of hop lupin glands, which contain most of the natural resins and oils in the hops and has less of the vegetal mass, which is where the grassy, herbal flavors reside in the hops. Recommended for hoppy beers as a late/whirlpool addition (0.5 oz-2 oz for hoppy beers), and for hoppy to incredibly hoppy beers as a dry hop (1 oz - 4 oz).
