Wyeast Trappist High Gravity(TM) - 3787 has a great "Abbey" profile with a balance of complex fruity esters and phenolics, which can be manipulated with fermentation temperature. A classic strain for Belgian Dubbel or Tripe and a wonderful "house strain" for any Belgian. A true top cropping yeast (additional headspace is recommended), that will work over a broad temperature range.

Alcohol Tolerance: 11 to 12% ABV or higher
