Wyeast Belgian Ardennes 3522 is a unique strain for producing classic Belgian style ales. It is versatile, because of its balanced characteristics and clean and clear finish, it can be used successfully for a wide variety of Belgians.This strain produces a beautiful balance of delicate fruit esters and subtle spicy notes; with neither one dominating. Unlike many other Belgian style strains, this strain is highly flocculent and results in bright beers.
