The twin lever wing corker makes corking easy. It uses a spring mechanism that holds the neck of the wine bottle tight during cork insertion. Place cork in chamber and gently lower the handles with firm, even pressure. Cork depth can be adjusted using the two nuts at the top of the shaft.
