Because Star San is a high foamer, the foam gets and stays in contact with hard to reach surfaces, ensuring contact time during the sanitizing process. Since the foam is non-toxic, you can use Star San as a no rinse sanitizer.

Use: 1 oz per 5 gallons of water and a contact time of 1 minute.
