With so many ways to use the DigiBoil, it's hard not to get over excited about this affordable electric kettle. It's perfectly suited for brewing 5-gallon extract batches. Dual heating elements run off of a single 220 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1900 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 2400 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly or only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature.

Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach 1/2" FPT fittings if desired.
