When you buy a used, but functional Cornelius Keg from us, you will get a keg that has minor blemishes (like scratches, scuffs, stickers,etc.), and that has been cleaned, de-labeled, sanitized and pressure tested. We do not replace the relief valves, poppets or gaskets. If you want to replace them yourself to ensure optimal performance, you can order them separately via these part numbers: KEG540, KEG450 and KEG500.

We pressure test these kegs to ensure that they are holding pressure before we sell them. They are guaranteed to be holding pressure upon delivery to you. If they are not holding pressure, please let us know as soon as possible.

Body connects should be removed for cleaning and sanitizing before every use. Soda kegs may come with either 11/16 inch body connects or 7/8 inch body connects. We sell deep sockets for the removal of either one (Part numbers KEG991 and KEG992). We suggest purchasing both if you do not have these at home. Ball lock corny kegs are approximately 8.5" Diam. x 25" Height. 26 1/4" Height with Flare fittings. Measurements may vary slightly.
