Wyeast (Belgian Abbey) Liquid Yeast- WY1214 is a widely used, alcohol tolerant, Belgian yeast strain well suited for Belgain Strong Ales. This strain produces a signature fruity ester profile as well as slightly spicy alcohol notes. It can be slow to start; however, it attenuates well.
