Wyeast American Wheat(TM) Liquid Yeast is a true top cropping yeast with a strong fermentation. This yeast produces a dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers when a low ester profile, with no banana, is desired such as American Wheat or Rye Beer, Cream Ale, D�sseldorf Altbier, K�lsch, or Northern German Altbier.

Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.
