Wyeast American Wheat(TM) Liquid Yeast is a true top cropping yeast with a strong fermentation. This yeast produces a dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers when a low ester profile, with no banana, is desired such as American Wheat or Rye Beer, Cream Ale, Düsseldorf Altbier, Kölsch, or Northern German Altbier.
Temperature Range: 58-74F (14-23C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Approximately 10% ABV
