White Labs English Ale is a classic ale strain that originated from one of England's largest breweries. It is used to produce a beer with a rich, malty flavor with lots of good fruity esters. The high flocculation of this yeast results in naturally clear beers.
To ferment this yeast properly pitch at 65-66F and let it rise to 66-68F. Ferment for 10-14 days in the primary. Commonly referred to as having a "cottage cheese" appearance when shakened up.
