White Labs Yeast (American Hefeweizen Ale) is used to make cloudy beer such as the Oregon style American Hefeweizen, Widmer. This yeast produces a slight amount of banana and clove notes. It produces some sulfur, but is otherwise a clean fermenting yeast which does not flocculate well.
