TurboYeast is a pure culture Whiskey Strain of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae used widely in commercial whiskey production for good reason. It has robust and authentic aromatics, even in high-alcohol fermentations, and awesome flavor.

This special yeast includes complete nutrition and amyloglucosidase for the best possible yeast performance. It has a rapid fermentation to 15% ABV which is very high for standard whiskey low beers. You will get maximum malt or grain yield due to the complete dextrin conversion achieved by this yeast. Sufficient for 6.6 gallon fermentation.
