1.7L - Rahr 6-Row Malt is excellent for any high-adjunct brew due to its high enzyme content. The enzymes help to ferment low enzyme adjuncts such as unmalted oats, corn, rice, etc. This malt also has more husk than a standard 2-Row malt, making it great for lautering mashes with huskless grains.
