5-5.1-7 ° L - Weyermann® German Munich Malt is a great malt to use for increasing body, aroma, malty sweetness and add a slight biscuit flavor. This malt contains about half the enzyme potential of 2-row malt, which is enough to self convert in a mash. If you're making an all-extract brew, you can steep this malt to get the flavor, but not the sugars. This malt is a "must-have" if you're making a European-style lager, or is a great additive to your own unique homebrew recipe.
