1.8L - Briess Brewers 2-Row Malt is a great base malt for any ale where you would use a 2-row base malt. It contributes a clean, sweet, and slightly malty character along with a light straw color. The malt is produced in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Briess is an American malting company located in Wisconsin, and still privately owned by the Briess family. In this region the malt is flood irrigated so that it does not have to rely on rainfall. This results in a consistent and reliable product year after year.
