Often when you use a bag for hops or grain you are not getting the full extraction of flavor or alpha acids. With an ideal placement in the middle of your kettle, the Kettle Spider aids in extraction of flavor, oils and alpha acids.

The Kettle Spider makes adding hops throughout the boil a breeze, remaining open and easy to toss more hops into.  Keeps bag off the bottom of the kettle, preventing a hole from developing in your bag.

Made from 304 Stainless steel with adjustable anti-slip silicone sleeves the Kettle Spider will fit most kettles.  Diameter of the hole: 3 3/4".  Length of Arms: 10".

Tip: Instead of tying the bag on you can optionally use a 4" Tri-Clamp fitting to upgrade your setup, and firmly connect a bag to the spider! A customer using this product also suggests using a Keg Lid O-Ring to hold your bag in place.
