Alpha Acid%: 9-11% AMARILLO® is a highly sought after hop, usually used as an aroma hop. Because of its popularity it has, a times, been in short supply. It has floral, tropical, and citrus notes. Mainly used as a late addition dry hop. Similar to Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe. Generally used in American Ales, IPAs, Belgian-IPAs, and Double IPAs.
