Low Price Guarantee

You can count on getting the lowest prices at Homebrewers Outpost! If you find a lower advertised price for any item we sell...including our own catalog and newsletter...within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you the difference. Items must be exactly the same (same model and manufacturer) and shipping charges must be considered. Copy of the retailer advertised lower price is required. Retailer must have the item in stock. This guarantee does not apply to clearance prices.

If you've received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please call us at 1-800-450-9535 before returning. Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly... usually within 3 weeks of the time you put the merchandise you're returning in the mail. And, if we have your e-mail address, we'll alert you as soon as your return is processed.

• If you cannot receive UPS packages at your location, please advise us in your order notes prior to us shipping the order.
  
• These rates are for the contiguous United States only. Shipping for all other destinations will be calculated in your cart or by phone.

Orders usually ship the same or next business day via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Click here to view a map of UPS Ground transit times from our warehouse. If you would like us to ship your items using one of UPS's expedited services ( Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select), please contact us at 1-800-450-9535. Priority Mail charges outside the contiguous US may be less than the quoted price if we can fit all items in one or more flat rate boxes.

If no shipping charges were applied to your order, please contact us and we will have to add shipping manually.
