What is Homebrewers Outpost's Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with any item, just return it to us within 60 days of the invoice and we will offer you a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping on Returned Items?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping.
If you received the correct item in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 60 days for any reason, but you will be responsible for the expense of shipping the items back to us.

Do I Need to Contact Homebrewers Outpost Before Returning an Item?

No, but it wouldn't hurt either. Just return the item to us with the invoice and a brief note explaining why you are returning the item. We will then process the return as soon as possible.

How Long Will it Take Before My Money is Refunded?

Refunds should appear in your bank account within 2 weeks of receipt at our warehouse.

Shipping Policy

If you live in the contiguous United States, you may select our "FedEx or USPS Shipping" option which will allow us to chose either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ship your package or you may choose from one of FedEx's delivery options. If you live outside the contiguous U.S., a Priority Mail quote will be provided. Orders outside the United States will ship via USPS International Priority Mail.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders usually ship within 5 business days. If you select FedEx Shipping your order will usually ship the same or next business day. If you need your items to ship sooner, leave a note for us at checkout or contact us by phone and we will make every effort to accommodate you. If your order will take longer than three business days to ship, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to let you know.

How Much Will it Cost to Ship My Order?

You will be given a shipping quote and shipping options in your shopping cart when you enter your zip code. If an error occurs and shipping is not calculated, we will contact you as soon as we can with a shipping quote.

Where Do We Ship?

Homebrewers Outpost ships throughout the United States and its territories, to APOs, FPOs and DPOs and internationally to countries at low risk of credit card fraud. We will observe any shipping rules and restrictions that may apply to the shipping address you provide.

What Services Do We Use to Ship With?

We ship our packages with either FedEx or the USPS. We normally ship smaller, lighter items via USPS Priority Mail because it is economical and fast. Larger orders usually ship via FedEx Ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American territories and APO, FPO and DPO boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. International orders usually ship USPS Priority Mail International although more expensive items may ship FedEx International.

Can I Expedite My Order?

Yes. If you need your items fast, please contact us at 1-800-450-9535 for a quote.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. We will e-mail you a tracking number when your items ship, or you can log into your Homebrewers Outpost account to track your order. FedEx offers detailed package tracking while the USPS only provides delivery confirmation.
