Willamette is a triploid aroma-type hop, which originated in the mid 1970s and is a seedling of Fuggle. It is a very popular aroma hop, contributing in 1998 to 18% of the total USA hop crop. 1/2 oz per plug, 1 oz package . In order to ensure that we have enough hops to last the year, we have implemented the following policies: Hop purchases must be accompanied by a malt purchase of appropriate size. We will be flexible with customers who have previously purchased malt from us in large quantities, but we simply won’t have enough hops this year for anyone to bulk up.
