Stephens Wicked Weizenbock Partial Mash Beer Kit
What do you get when you take a traditional Bavarian hefeweizen, add two different caramel malts, a touch of chocolate, and a whole heap of bready, malty goodness??? Stephen's Weizenbock!! Like a dunkel weizen on steroids, this beer is brewed to traditional bock strength and sure to please all.
Kit includes:
- 4 lbs of cracked grain
- 9 lbs of liquid malt extract

- 1 large muslin grain bag
- 1 Wyeast Activator 125 ml Smack Pack

Caps and priming sugar are sold separately.
Our Partial Mash kits are for brewers who want to combine the ease of extract brewing with the control and broader variety of ingredients available to the all-grain brewer. These kits take a little more time to make than our Original line of kits, but they're worth the extra effort. Partial Mash kits require an accurate thermometer and large, sturdy colander in addition to basic brewing equipment.
