Urs Black Mesa IPA Partial Mash Beer Kit

A new twist on the west coast vesion of the IPA. Four huge additions of American hops create an aggressive hop flavor and aroma profile. A big malty base creates the perfect finishing balance. To top it all off, the addition of Carafa speciality malts creates a beautiful dark color with no roast flavors.

Our Partial Mash kits are for brewers who want to combine the ease of extract brewing with the control and broader variety of ingredients available to the all-grain brewer. These kits take a little more time to make than our Original line of kits, but they're worth the extra effort. Partial Mash kits require an accurate thermometer and large, sturdy colander in addition to basic brewing equipment.
