Oktoberfest Lager Partial Mash Beer Kit

A malty lager perfect for celebrating another successful harvest or just about anything else for that matter. Slightly sweet with a dry finish. Can be fermented cool for an authentic lager or warm with a lager-like ale yeast. Produces 5 gallons.

Our Partial Mash kits are for brewers who want to combine the ease of extract brewing with the control and broader variety of ingredients available to the all-grain brewer. These kits take a little more time to make than our Original line of kits, but they're worth the extra effort. Partial Mash kits require an accurate thermometer and large, sturdy colander in addition to basic brewing equipment.
