A great beer for all of you hop heads! A Northwest style pale ale with a light copper color, medium body, noticeable bitterness, hop flavor and hop aroma. Produces 5 gallons. Caps and priming sugar are sold separately.

Kit includes:

• 4 lbs of cracked grain
• 4 lbs of liquid malt extract
• 1 lb dry malt extract
• Perle and Cascade hops
• 1 large muslin grain bag
• 1 Wyeast Activator 125 ml Smack Pack

Our Partial Mash kits are for brewers who want to combine the ease of extract brewing with the control and broader variety of ingredients available to the all-grain brewer. These kits take a little more time to make than our Original line of kits, but they're worth the extra effort. Partial Mash kits require an accurate thermometer and large, sturdy colander in addition to basic brewing equipment.
