This was my first attempt at homebrewing and I have to say it was pretty successful. I actually added an extra step and racked this to secondary fermenter for about 2-3 weeks after the initial fermentation. It's currently bottle condition, but I have sampled some of it already. It has a nice creamy mouth feel and a very light/subtle hint of cinnamon and clove which is not overpowering at all (kinda wish it was a bit spicier).
