This was the first batch of beer and I was very nervous. I read the books, did the research, read what all the other brewers posted and I have to say...It turned out fantastic. I followed the directions, made sure everything was clean at all times and was patient. Truthfully, the hardest part of brewing is waiting. My wife and I bottled half of the batch in 22 ounce bottles and the other half in 12 ounce bottles and the carbonation was slow at first (due to my storing in an area that got cold...

Very simple to make following the online videos on Youtube. The only time consuming part is keeping all the equipment sterilized. This beer tastes like a Sam Adams Boston Lager with a touch of honey. It's worth the 10 day wait after bottling for full carbonation. This kit yielded about 46 bottles of beer in 12oz bottles.
