The Irish Ale turned out to be a hit. I deviated a bit from the recipe and added one pound of honey to the batch in the last 10 minutes of boil. I think it added some smoothness and flavor. I bought the kit with the standard yeast but will try again with liquid yeast. Will definitely purchase this one again.
