This Farmhouse style beer is layered with character. Aromatics and flavors are as deep and diverse as the layers of the Grand Canyon. Esters bring out bubblegum, oranges, and lemons, while phenols show off notes of fresh-cracked black pepper. Coriander and orange peel add spiciness and citrus to the myriad of complexity. A tart sourness is supported by a rich maltiness that flows into the dry finish.
