North Rim Wheat All Grain Beer Kit
The character of this Hefeweizen is true to traditional German wheat beers. The balance of esters (banana) and phenols (clove) depend highly on the fermentation temperature. Very low hop flavor and aroma are replaced with aromatics that are byproducts of the fermentation process. This cloudy beer is an excellent choice for a hot summer day.
