A natural Malolactic Bacteria strain from Lalvan packaged specifically for the home winemaker. Rack wine immediately after primary fermentation and add Bacchus directly from package.
  • Effective for volumes from 1 to 6 gallons
  • A good choice for red and white wines
  • Works rapidly when wine pH is as low as 3.1 or alcohol content is as high as 13.5%
  • Total SO2 should be less than 20 ppm
  • Ideal temperature range: 64 - 75F
