German Spalt Select Hop Pellets
Bred from Hallertau Mittlefruh and Spalt to be part of the Spalt/Tettnang/Saaz group. It has a very fine Spalter type aroma. Can be substituted for US Saaz, US Tettnang, German Spalt, German Tettnang and German Hersbrucker. Beer Styles: any beer where noble aroma is wanted.

There is currently an unprecedented world wide shortage of hops that is forcing both home and commercial brewers to use this resource more carefully than ever. We do expect to have enough total hops for all of our brewers this year, but many specific varieties will be in very short supply or totally unavailable. In order to ensure that we have enough hops to last the year, we have implemented the following policies:

• Hop purchases must be accompanied by a malt purchase of appropriate size. We will be flexible with customers who have previously purchased malt from us in large quantities, but we simply won’t have enough hops this year for anyone to bulk up.
• Total hops purchases will be limited to 10 ounces per week.
