Light:

  • Color: 8-12 EBC
  • Bitterness: 25-35 EBUs

Amber

  • Color: 16-20 EBC
  • Bitterness: 45-55 EBUs

Dark

  • Color: 50-60 EBC
  • Bitterness: 45-55 EBUs
