Just graduated from Mr. Beer (R) and made a batch from this kit. Forced carbonated it, did a secondary fermentation on it and boiled about 4 gallons. Didnt get the off flavors from the yeast like I would sometimes get with the dump and stirr system. The beer has a citrus flavor to it like a wheat beer. Got more of a bitter than i expected for a cream ale but that could be from the larger boil. Overall Im happy with it and my wife is as well so this batch is a success
