	Yeast Nutrient - 2 ounces	$1.95
	Yeast Nutrient Provides essential nutrients to yeast that are not normally found in wine musts. Helps ensure a strong, healthy fermentation. Use 1 tsp per gallon.

	Yeast Energizer - 2 ounces	$1.95
	Yeast Energizer Contains Diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulphate, and Vitamin B Complex. Add 1/2 tsp per gallon of wine must to stimulate fermentation.

	Pectic Enzyme - 1 ounce	$1.50
	Dry Pectic Enzyme Used to break down pectins in fruit juices. Increases fermentability and decreases haze. Use 1/2 tsp per gallon before fermentation begins.

	Anti-Foam Agent - 5 grams	$1.95
	Anti-Foam Agent A powdered, food-grade silicone used to reduce excessive foaming during fermentation. Add up to one gram of the Anti-Foam powder per gallon of beer or wine prior to fermentation to prevent foam from pushing up and clogging your airlock. It can also be added during the boili...

	Wine Conditioner - 500 ml.	$7.95
	Wine Conditioner Sweetens, smoothes and stabilizes wine. Takes the edge off young wine and prevents renewed fermentation. Contains sucrose and sorbic acid in liquid form. Use 2-4 ounces per gallon.

	Campden Tablets (Potassium Metabisulphite)	$1.25
	Campden Tablets Use 1 tablet per gallon of wine. Contains potassium metabisulphite . Releases sulphur dioxide which acts as a sterilant & antioxidant. Each tablet contains 450 mg of active sulphite/tablet. $1.25 for 50 tablets or $16.95 for one pound (approximately 900).
