Christmas Shipping Information
General Information
We normally use both UPS and USPS Priority Mail to ship our merchandise. UPS is typically more reliable and guarantees a specific delivery date. Priority Mail is usually faster, but does not offer tracking or a delivery guarantee. If you have to have your order before Christmas, please request UPS delivery in the notes section at check out. If delivery before Christmas requires one of UPS's expedited services, we will contact you with shipping options. A guaranteed delivery date does not mean that there is no chance for a late delivery (although delays are rare), but it does mean your shipping charges will be refunded if UPS is responsible for the delay. Severe winter weather or natural disasters will void the guarantee.
How Late Can I Order to Receive My Items Before Christmas?
- If you live in the Northeast or the orange portion of the map above, order by midnight on Monday, December 15 for normal UPS Ground delivery by Wednesday, December 24.
- If you live in the Midwest or the red portion of the map above, order by midnight on Tuesday, December 16 for normal UPS Ground delivery by Wednesday, December 24.
- If you live in the Mountain States, Pacific Northwest, Northern California or the green portion of the map above, order by midnight on Wednesday, December 17 for normal UPS Ground delivery by Wednesday, December 24.
- If you live in Southern California, New Mexico, Utah or the tan portion of the map above, order by midnight on Sunday, December 20 for normal UPS Ground delivery by Wednesday, December 24.
- If you live in Arizona or the yellow portion of the map above, order by midnight on Monday, December 22 for normal UPS Ground delivery by Wednesday, December 24.
If I Don't Order by the Dates Listed Above, Can I Still Get My Order by Christmas Eve?
Yes, we can ship using UPS Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Select to get your order to you by Christmas Eve. Please contact us by phone if you would like use one of UPS's expedited services, and we will give you a quote for the additional shipping charges.
