Lowest Overall Price Guarantee
You can count on getting the lowest prices at Homebrewers Outpost! If you find a lower advertised price for any item we sell...including our own catalog and newsletter...within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you the difference. Items must be exactly the same (same model and manufacturer) and shipping charges from our zip code, 86001, must be considered. For example, if another website offers a product for $100 before shipping charges, and it would cost $20 to ship it via UPS Ground from our zip code, their overall price would be $120. If we offer the same product with shipping for $115, our overall price is lower. If, on the other hand our price is $125, we will match their overall price or refund you the difference if you made your purchase within 30 days of notifying us. Shipping charges will be calculated using the "Time and Cost" tool found at www.ups.com.


A copy of the retailer advertised lower price is required. Retailer must have the item in stock. This guarantee does not apply to clearance prices.

Returns and Exchanges
You don't need to call or e-mail for authorization. Just return your invoice along with the merchandise you're returning. Then send your return via your preferred carrier to:
