Homebrewers Outpost opened in 1995 and is owned by Scott and Rachelle Woodcock. Scott, Rachelle, Rob Owens, Stephen Helwig, Matt Oldham, Urs Riner, Craig Peterson and Eric Savelli make up the crew at the shop and we'll be happy to help you with any of your beer and wine making needs. The picture to the left is of a bunch of us with friends at last years 4th of July parade in Flagstaff, Arizona.


Our floats theme was "The Founding Brewers of America". If you're ever in our beautiful part of Arizona, please stop in and say hello.

Shipping
Small sized orders within the U.S. weighing less than 10 pounds will usually be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, larger orders are normally shipped UPS Ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO boxes are normally shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Expedited shipping to all destinations is available upon request.


Items shipped UPS Ground to the Northeast typically arrive in 5 business days, to the Southeast and Midwest in 4 business days, to the Northwest, Texas and Mountain States in 3 business days, to southern California and New Mexico in 2 business days and orders in Arizona are delivered next day.


Shipping charges will be calculated when you enter your zip code into the shopping cart.

You don't need to call or e-mail for authorization. Just return your invoice along with the merchandise you're returning. Then send your return via your preferred carrier to:

Warehouse closed on weekends.

If you've received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please call us at 1-800-450-9535 before returning. Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly... usually within 3 weeks of the time you put the merchandise you're returning in the mail. And, if we have your e-mail address, we'll alert you as soon as your return is processed.
